I can't say enough great things about these toiletry bags! My grandmother bought me a large sized one in college (10 years ago) and even though it's still in great condition, my growing family was in need of one that was more accommodating for all our stuff. I just recently upgraded to the family size bag and it is amazing! It still hangs well and all the compartments are great. I can even put my hair straightener, curling iron, AND make-up bag in it. I couldn't be happier with it!
I had ordered one about a year ago for myself, and liked it so much I ordered another for my husband. We each have the medium size, which is perfect for one person. I really like that I can hang it when I travel and have everything at my fingertips.
I haven't used this bag yet, but can't wait to. I've tried several products to try to organize my personal items, and usually I end up with zip locks and multiple small bags and I can never remember where anything is so I'm left to search through everything to find stuff. I love that this has a hanger so that I can hang it up in the bathroom or in our camper so that everything is in one place. My husband will love it because less of my stuff will be filling up counter space. I think the medium is just the right size for multiple types of trips from camping to vacations. I love the separate hanging bag for the shower which will be great for our camper's small shower. I got it in black so it will go with all my luggage, and I can carry it separately if needed.
I have owned my toiletry bag for well over 10 years and it's got another 10 ahead of it! It has survived years of hanging in my local pool's shower, and has traveled with me for every marathon (all 15), trips to Europe, Asia, and long journeys across the US.
I have recommended this bag to my sister (hers is about 8 yrs old) and my nieces have one for their college dorm room. This is one of my favorite LLBean purchases.
