I've had many less-structured bathroom travel kits in the past, and being someone who uses less "products" than others, I had thought maybe this would be "too much bag" for me. But it's perfect, and so thoughtfully designed! It took me about a year to figure out that the little mesh insert is removable for use as a shower caddy...that is a great feature for showering in more rustic places or in the gym, especially! The mirror being removable is smart; I pull it out all the time. I do wish that the side compartments were somehow long enough to hold my toothbrush; I have to put it inside, but it would be great to have it easily accessible in there.
I bought a medium personal organizer for my grandson to take to college his first year. He took it to humor me; said he didn't need anything like that. But... he brought it home and hung it in the bathroom everytime he was visiting and by the end of the year he actually admitted he LOVED it. It has compartments for all his personal items, zips open, and hangs on the shower door. Couldn't be more convenient. Now I add them to every college-bound gift for my grandkids. (And I have 20 grandchildren!)
I bought the small sized organizer for me and my husband for gym and travel use.
I'm glad that I no longer have to carry around wet ziplock bags wth me to the gym showers or have my small hotel bath counter cluttered with my tolietries.
I'm thinking about getting a medium or large size organizer for the both of us to share so that we don't have to bring 2 organizers when traveling together.
I've worked road construction for nine years. Much of that time has been away from home. My organizer has been the best! I never empty it when I get home, I just hang it on the door. It holds what I need it to hold, and it takes a beating in my truck when on the road. Thanks, LL Bean!
