I purchased Bean's hanging toiletry organizer (size large, carbon flower print with a blue monogram) about three or four weeks ago. Right off the bat, I was very impressed with how quickly I received it, despite the extra time needed for the monogram, and I could tell that the quality was very good.
I just got back from a two-week vacation that was the first time using my hanging toiletry organizer, and I am completely satisfied with it! It has lots of pockets which makes it easy to stay organized while living out of a suitcase. It is also a very comfortable size for me; I was able to fit a large mix of normal and travel-sized bottles in it, as well as other essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Only my hairbrush and makeup bag didn't fit, but I probably could've eliminated some other things to make them fit if I'd had to. (I should note that despite my trip being two weeks long, I probably packed less than the average woman because I don't use a ton of products and I only wash my hair once or twice a week.)
The handle on the outside of the organizer enabled me to attach it to a duffel bag, which was very handy and made carrying my luggage to and from the car much easier! I love that the organizer hangs and that the hook stows nicely when not in use, though you do have to take the mirror off. Actually, the mirror is the only thing I dislike about the bag, only because the quality is not very good. It would work in a pinch, though. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hanging organizer and look forward to traveling a lot more with it in the future!
I purchased this for my son, who came to see this as one of THE most useful items he took with him for college dorm living! It holds everything and because it hangs conveniently from the shower rod, it touches nothing else which is VERY important when sharing a bathroom with four boys (the same four boys in charge of cleaning, which never happens- disgusting!) I just ordered one for my nephew who is starting his freshman year and now ordering for my daughter as she heads off for dormitory living. I highly recommend for college students, frequent travelers, and anyone who wants a roomy, well-made toiletry kit that provides convenient storage and stands the test of time.
I purchased the family size bag for our family of 6. The size is great but we find it too flimsy and squishy. I think a hard bottom and more rigid sides would help keep things in place. When we hang it up everything sinks into the middle and becomes a mess.
