I know I am in the minority here. But this bag seems overly complicated. I bought it for my son to use at sleepaway camp. But I ended up sending it back. Too many different compartments and whatnot. I can see this being a great bag for a frequent traveler.
My family sized organizer has lasted me 10 years and hundreds of road trips, both near and far. I prefer using my own shampoo and soap in hotels, and the family sized organizer allows me to carry full-sized bottles without a problem. It also is able to accodmodate all of my shaving necessities, plus several large bottles of cologne and after shave. I just purchased a large organizer to handle more.
Even though I already have the small size (4 years old) of this product (look for my review on that one) I decided to go ahead and get the medium one using a 20% coupon, I went with the carbon flower print as I didn't like the other colors. The color is exactly as in the picture, it's beautiful!, to me it has this touch of simplicity and "chicness" without being too girly. Love it!
Even though it is a bit big for my travel needs I still think is the best toiletry bag out there for its features and compartments PLUS the 100% guarantee from LLBean.
I order my bag on a Tuesday night and it was on my front door on Thursday morning!!! What??!!!
For those of you who can't decide between the small or the medium size DO NOT go by what other people say they put in it, what works for one traveler might not meet the needs of another traveler. (I traveled throughout Southasia for 3 weeks with the small one and it was perfect, but this might NOT work for everybody.. you see?!)
