We love this bag my hubby is an over the road trucker & he takes it with him when he stops for a shower. It's perfect size to fit a change of clothes & toilitries ( size LG). Just pick up the bag & go you dont have to carry the huge bag inside. I am now ordering a 2nd one to stay with me. You hit the mark on this one LL Bean as usual.
Last summer I ordered the medium size organizer and am pleased with it. We like to take mostly travel size toiletries, and it holds everything the two of us need, including my makeup bag, vitamins, & contact lens supplies, and his 7-day medication container. We don't take a hair dryer because those are usually provided, and we didn't take the removable caddy. The organizer is about the size I expected and it holds even more than expected. It's good that these come in four sizes to suit different packing needs; the medium turned out to have plenty of room for us. The color was as shown and the black monogram looks crisp against the sky blue. What I like most of all is that it is so convenient to hang in the bathroom so the items aren't cluttering the vanity, but are still at hand. I'm sure the housekeeping staff appreciate it too, as they don't have to move a dozen items when cleaning. The only negative is that it does take up a bit of space in the luggage, but these items must go somewhere. It's nice to have them all in one place throughout the trip. I also ordered one in the blue wave print for a gift, but the black monogram didn't show up as well on the print. As other reviewers have mentioned, for the darker colors a different thread color might be better. All in all, this is a nifty little travel item with surprising space.
While this item is well built, it is too small for my intended purpose; to hold shower products for the gym. I think I would have been pleased with the next larger size, and considered it, but did not want ot pay the return shipping. My mistake.
