I was given a medium personal organizer as a gift a few years ago and since then have given them as gifts to friends and family. Whenever traveling it's the perfect organizer to have your grooming products close at hand and all together.
Whether you are traveling to the beach for the weekend (small) or touring Europe (med/large), if you need more toiletries than this thing carries, you need to rethink. Less is more, people. This weighs almost nothing and carries a LOT of stuff. Washes clean in the laundry.
The hook means you can preen yourself using a plane/train bathroom, a tree limb, a shower head or a towel bar to hang your stuff on. Go ahead, get it wet...if your Pert explodes in transit, rinse it out. The netting lets things dry out. Mirror is OK for a cursory face check. Enough colors so kids can each have their own kit. We keep an extra in the car, with toiletries to freshen turnpike breath, carsick kids and the like.
