I had an old medium sized Toiletry Bag, and although it was still in perfect condition, I decided it was time to replace it. I love the new one which has many more storage pockets and will be very handy when traveling. With my old one, I had trouble separating types of items, and the new one solves that problem. I ordered the blue iris color and had it monogramed in lime green--a great addition to the look of the bag. Service was prompt and the monogram adds just the right zip to the look.
Last year I ordered 5 small toiletry bags as graduation gifts---cheap quality and terrible colors.
For years I have been buying this bag but 2015 version of this bags is cheap quality. I was disappoint with quality. The bags is functionally but not up to the standards of 5 years ago.
LLBean please stop selling poor quality items. Bring back royal blue and high quality items.
I purchased my extra-large organizer from LLBean 14 years ago, and it is still holding up really well. It holds full-size toiletries, make-up, medicines, first aid items, a travel hair dryer, and a small camera - with plenty of room for incidentals/gifts one might pick up while traveling. I ordered a monogrammed medium sized organizer as a high school graduation gift for my nephew 3 weeks ago. It arrived with the wrong style of monogram, which LL Bean corrected (without charging me) as soon as I called customer service about it. I received the correctly monogrammed item very quickly - and in time for my nephew's graduation. The medium size is a big hit for those who don't need to pack cosmetics or a hair dryer. This item is a 'go to' gift for family members!
