I recently ordered the family size of the personal organizer, because it took so many ziplock bags to carry what I needed on vacation. The family size holds SO much of the things my husband and I would need on vacation; I did have to do some rearranging before I closed it. The extra section on the top flap holds a lot also. I've had a smaller one, which was also good quality like this one. Anyway, whether you have to take certain things for a week's vacation, or want to use it for a couple of nights as just the only thing, get this. It's worth every penny!
I can agree with the many others who have reviewed this bag. I purchased the small version 14 years ago originally for an international backpacking adventure. I used it regularly all subsequent years until this past April when a trip to Maui incurred a hair oil product spill within the bag and I had to dispose of it on arrival. I am now purchasing the medium size for another decade and a half of quality. Highly recommended.
The size is right, but the bag is poorly conceived. It is top-heavy and the bottom and sides are flimsy, so it's very frustrating to pack. It won't sit upright on a counter and the top cover/overhang is in the way.
