I bought these even though a couple of the reviews mentioned that there wasn't enough support, and I do need arch support. They have turned out to be great! The first 2 days I wore them was to a conference where there was much more walking than expected. No blisters, no break-in time, just comfy shoes from morning to night! The support is fine for me as well. Roomy in the toes, but I wouldn't go smaller, as I can wear them with our without socks.
These were very comfortable and I was looking forward to wearing them on an upcoming whitewater rafting trip. However, after a short time one little toe bothered me. I discovered that under the toe area there was a bump that seemed to be where the straps came around and were molded into the footbed. I returned these, unfortunately
