One of the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. These shoes were comfortable from the start. Absolutely no break-in period was required. Fit is true to size. I plan to buy another pair in a different color.
Only one thing to say.....I love them! Nice roomy fit, very comfy. The ventilation when biking long distances is much better than closed in sneakers with socks. I recommend them to any woman who likes outdoor adventures and wants comfort.
I wear a D width shoe, and I am pleased to say that these sandals fit great and feel great on my feet! They did require a brief "break-in" time, though.
The first day they arrived, I put them on to wear around the house. After a few hours, the best way I can describe it is that the bottom of my feet felt "hot". The next day I put them on again and wore them all day with no problems... even "exploring" the woods and creek with my dog! I was impressed with how "sure-footed" I was while wearing these!
One thing you should look out for when trying these on, there is a cushion where the sandal fits at the back of your ankle (kind of a "pillow" for comfort). If you put the sandal on & the cushion gets folded on the edge, it won't be comfortable there.
