I bought the green ones. First all they were true to size and color. There have been some negative reviews and I hesitated to buy them. I love them and grateful I bought them anyway. They are very comfortable. I got caught walking with them on in the rain. I was afraid my feet would get cold. I was shocked they didn't even get wet (I wasn't splashing in puddles!). I'm looking forward to wearing them this summer.
I agree with some of the older reviews. I bought these just before I left for a Mexican beach vacation. They were very comfortable in the store and my son loves his. I thought it would be a no-brainer. Well the kids version doesn't have those slit shaped drainage soles in the soles. After 20 mins of walking, even with socks on the balls of my feet were so painful from constant subtle pinching of those slits I could not wear them. They went in my suitcase and back to the store as soon as I got home. Very poor design. They are cute to look at-hence one star.
I love these sandals.. I wear them for biking with or without socks and they are comfortable..I do not like sneakers because they are too hot so these explorer sandals are perfect for me. I have the best of both worlds..my feet are protected while biking and cool during my workout! I would recommend these sandals to a friend!
These are wonderful walking sandals, much nicer than similar less expensive sandals I bought two years ago and have never been comfortable. I received your sandals right before going to Mexico for a week, and I wore them the entire time -- they were immediately comfortable and really do breath nicely. The tan sandals have a light pink on the lace loops, which is a nice touch. Thank you LLBean!
