I found these sandals to be very comfortable. I was nervous at first because of other reviews. Not sure what they are talking about in regards to slits hurting their feet, or maybe it was taken care of because they have small holes for drainage and I cannot feel them. Wore them straight out of the box with no break in and walk over three miles with no problems. Plus I have gotten lots of complements on them too.
i was so surprised when i put these on. i guess i imagined them to be stiff ,but quite the opposite. no break in time what so ever ! ! ! these truly were worth every penny i spent ! ! ! they are so comfortable. . . the inside sole almost feels squishy like and unlike other reviewers, i have had no problems with my feet. i've been in them all day at times. the size is true , i orderd an 8 , they fit perfect, and could even wear sock in early fall. i only wish l.l.bean would come out with more color options, because i really do love these ! ! !
I bought these to go hiking in Phoenix when visiting my son. They are great for trails, streets and everything in between. No break in period needed and are true to size. Love them!
I love my new sandals. I read the reviews and decided to try them even though some had some issues with drains etc. I put them on and spent the entire day on my feet cooking. No problem. I just wore them driving for five hours and then walking around the covention center for two days. No problem. I have worn without and with a sock. Both ways were very comfortable. I would generally order a 6W but think these were not available in Wide. However, these were great.
