These are THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE shoes in the WORLD!!! The "drain slits" on the sole of the shoes are like walking of razor blades!! They actually leave the slit imprint on the bottom of my feet!! They are dreadful! Wish I would have worn them around the house for more than a couple minutes prior to wearing them out for a few hours!!! Couldn't WAIT to take them OFF!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHOES!!!!!! THEY ARE DREADFUL!!!!!
These are the most comfortable sandals I have put on my feet. I am a nurse and spend most of my life standing, comfort is a priority to me. These have my vote. Good job Bean.
I love these shoes! I got them a few weeks ago, and due to foot surgery, they have been the only shoe I could fit in at the moment, so I have worn them alot! I have not had any discomfort at all, and liked how they felt kind of spongy under my feet when I first got them. My feet need something a bit wide, and these feel great.... and I get compliments on them all the time :)
As a longtime L.L. Bean customer and fan, there is nearly nothing I've ever had to return. However, after giving these a second try today, I'm going to make arrangements to return them for a refund. They are manifestly uncomfortable: my feet hurt, my back hurts, and these red spots may turn into blisters by this evening. I bought them to save a few dollars on the Keens, and having purchased a pair of Bean's walking shoes a couple of years ago that were MORE cofortable than the expensive brands, I thought these too would be fine. They are NOT.
