These have a great feel when on and are versatile enough to include socks if the weather warrents it or use with bare feet. I've walked miles in them and had them get "soaked" in the rain. They are great!

I got these sandals for a whitewater rafting trip this summer. They were perfect because they have a good nonslip sole and protection for the toes, plus drain water well. We stopped for side hikes that involved climbing on rocks, and these sandals provided excellent support for this activity also! Plus they look and feel terrific, easy to get on and off. Very sturdy. My new favorite summer shoes!

I have been through keens and other brands...nothing holds up to LLBean. I needed to fit my 12 yr old 8 1/2 size shoe daughter for shoes for water camp...4 hrs a day canoeing, kayaking, researching marine life...and be able to have one pair of shoes wet to dry and do it all again the next day...these were perfect! They give her somewhat wide foot perfect room...we literally ordered them and she wore them all day the first day we got them w/ no blisters or wear spots at all! We simply rinsed them off each night and off they went all over the Florida coast the next day. As avid campers...we know that your feet are the one thing you can't pack extra of...gotta keep them happy! These are worth it! I even told my neighbor and she happily switched as well.
ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, rubber footbed gets hot
These Explorers are really cute & look good on your foot. I wear an 8 but had to go down to 7 1/2. The 8's were like boats! Very comfortable BUT I wish the footbed had a light material liner. I got these as alternative to sneakers while I walk dogs in summer and while the rubber footbed is extremely comfortable it gets HOT. Kind of defeats the purpose for my purchase but I just put on my walking open sandles now if it's 90 degrees.
