These sandals are the only item I have gotten from llbean that I didn't care for. They are good quality but don't work for what I wanted them for. I wanted a light shoe I could hike in and the dirty and little rocks get in these and I find it impossible to walk on trails in these. If you are going to be on the sidewalk you might like them. I should have returned them but I don't feel right doing that after wearing something.

Still snow on the ground so have only worn the sandals in the house. Was very impressed by the quality and attractiveness of these shoes. And at least on the rug, they were really comfortable. Cannot wait until it warms up.

Was looking for a comfortable, closed back utility sandal with pleasing look and durability. This sandal is attractive and I believe I will be very pleased with it.
So, I found the back strap to be tight and the front foot pad area to be very open. I like this because they feel as if they won't come off. I just haven't worn them enough to see if they leave a mark for the back strap yet.
