I am crazy about these shoes! They mostly fit great, heel is great for my narrow heel. However, one strap is kinda snug on the instep of my foot. I buy shoes with a deep mid-foot. These are just not quite roomy enough in that area. But I am pretty stubborn and am hoping they will ease up a little, get a little more give in that area. I have a difficult foot to fit, and everything else is just perfect!
These Explorer Sandals are the most comfortable casual sandals I have ever worn. Even though several of my friends have described them as being ugly, I love them and wear them with all of my casual summer clothes including some cotton skirts.

I read the other reviews prior to ordering these shoes. My feet are difficult to fit and I was reluctant to buy shoes that I have never tried on. The reviews were so good and helpful that I decided to take a chance and order them because I badly needed amphibious shoes. Well, it paid off and I am so glad I ordered them. Felt wonderful out of the box and fit perfectly! So comfortable! They will be one of only 2 pairs of shoes I bring on vacation.Thanks again LL Bean!
