I purchased these sandals with some doubt about their applicability for my trip to Kauai. I wore them everywhere, in and out of water, sand, mud, over rocks, tree roots, snorkeling, you name it ... They were perfect! I am back home in California and they are dry, clean and show no evidence at all of the abuse I perpetrated on them throughout my travels. I am a believer, what a great product.
I bought these sandals to wear as I drive the school bus this fall because it's so hot on the bus. The extra benefit I have received is that they are so comfortable that they've become my favorite sandals and I wear them all the time! And yes, they are cooler on the bus, too.
