I've been wearing these sandals for about a week now and they are super comfortable. I've seen several reviews that complained about the drainage holes, but I haven't had a single problem. I didn't even have to break these in.
Be aware that they run about 1/2 size large. I normally wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 since they were out of my size. They fit perfectly. My husband ordered his normal size (10) and we need to return them to get a 9.5.
I haven't yet used them in water (I bought them specifically for dual kayaking/hiking trips) but will do so soon. I have no doubt they'll hold up splendidly.
These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I bought them because I am a nurse and on my feet twelve hours a day and I like shoes that are open, so my feet don't get hot. These have become my favorite shoes and I have been wearing them on my days off too. I bought my usual size 7-1/2 and they are true to size. I am going to order a second pair. I have a pair of Keens and these are way more comfortable and cheaper.
