I bought these shoes in an 11 and a half for my husband, but had to return them because they were too big. I purchased the size 11, which was too small. We usually don't have any problems with ll bean sizing, however these just didn't work out. Very nice looking and nicely made, too bad the fit was off.
This is the first time I have ever bought shoes from a catalogue and I am 76. They looked and sounded good and I needed a new pair of sandals. They arrived and I tried them on. They felt OK. After wearing them for 4-5 days, they felt wonderful -- exactly what I wanted and hoped they would be, comfortable, hold position on grassy hills which is very important because I lost my sense of balance when I went deaf, and good to simply walk about.

Super cool sandal, especially the air vents under the heal. Great fit (actually, one needs to get a size or two bigger than one normally would - usually I wear 8, 9 in these). Easy on and off.

Living in Georgia, I was looking for a shoe/sandal that could stand up to multiple uses while keeping my feet cool. These absolutely nail it! These shoes are so light, comfortable and supportive, I'm seriously considering using them to walk in to play golf.
Wish I had found them sooner! Will be curious to see how they hold up.
