Original order arrived in timely manner but shoe size runs about one half size larger than what you may normally wear. Return was fairly easy in original box (suggest being careful when opening as to not damage box if returns are needed). Exchanged pair is wonderful and it is a great casual sandal. The vented soles are a plus in hot weather!
I have a very tough time finding size 14 shoes, so I purchase from Bean often. This was just the shoe I was looking for. It looks great on with a swimsuit, shorts or jeans. Fit is very true and upper is comfortable. The problem (and this a big one for me) is that the vent holes in the sole are very uncomfortable! They cause blisters after a short period of time. Even wearing socks doesn't help. This may not be a problem for everyone, but it limits my wear time to no more than an hour or so.
