My husband would never wear sandals, said he couldn't get used to his toes showing. I told him he had to give up the hiking boots for the hot days of summer. I bought him these sandals, he loves them, and wears them around and out all the time now. Says they are very comfortable and gets many compliments on the look.
These would be great shoes except for one thing--when I wear them and get my feet wet, after about 30 minutes I feel like I'm standing on a bed of nails. The culprits are a bunch of small, seemingly inconsequential pinhead sized bumps. They may be small, but, Boy are they uncomfortable. My wife says this reminds her of the princess and the pea. Maybe so but I can't stay in them for more than an hour.
