These shoes were ordered for an African Priest who was here in the US for advanced studies. These shoes were selected because of their characteristics and the conditions in Africa with water, heat, and overall rough conditions. They have worked out very well and I have a nephew who has taken up sport rowing and who plans to get some for himself.
I have never liked to wear sandals. My wife bought this pair. You couldn't make a better sandal. It is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend these sandals to anyone.
This is my first time ordering these Explorer Men Sandals...they are great. The sandals are extremely comfortable and light, and they make hiking a breeze. I recently took them with me on a trip to Hawaii and I wore them the majority of the time while I was there, although I had another pair of sandals with me.
They are the best shoe/sandal for summer. Living on a creek, they are fantastic for creek walking, working in the yard. Wore them on flight to FL and were so easy on off through security. I'm sold!
