I read the reviews on this sandel before I purchased them. In my case I needed to move up one size from my normal 11 to 11-1/2. LLBean exchanged with no questons. Only had them two weeks but they are comfortable and look good too.
Shoes looked great and fit well. However, I could not wear the shoes because of the inside sole design. The openings in the sole irritated the bottom of my feet. I would advise anyone with foot problems, or even older persons, to consider this before purchasing.
My twelve year old son loves the durability and versatility of the sandals, especially the soles of the sandals. He has used them for walking on the beach sand, for wading into the water, and for walking on the beach lava rocks and hardened lava flows.
I love them because they keep my son's feet safe from cuts and lacerations as he walks on the hardened lava flows at the beach.
