I bought these sandals for my husband who refuses to wear sandals without socks. Because the toe area is not exposed he actually put these sandals on without socks. I was shocked! How nice to be able to see my husband without the geeky socks with sandals look. Thanks LLBean!
Tried them; liked them; ordered 3 more pair. a second for me and a pair for my sons. They do have slits in bottom, so if you wear socks (yes sometimes I do) and walk in the wet grass, your socks will get wet. They are really comfortable and stay on your feet well, no flopping.
Great fit and comfortable. I was not sure how these would do, but so far they have proven well. I would recommend them to anyone tired of flip flops and the lack of support they provide.
