I bought this jacket for my 8 year olds (twins). The quality is excellent. It is not bulky like other jackets, yet it keeps them very warm. They both think the jacket is very comfortable and I love that it is two jackets in one. The fleece will be perfect on it's own in the Spring.
The jackets seems to run just a little big, but that is great because they can grow into it and maybe wear it for two seasons.
I am very happy with this jacket and will be back to buy them again when my kids outgrow them.
This great little jacket does it all! Keeps the little ones warm and dry, and that makes me happy! It's true to size and for the price, it's an exceptional value!
This coat looks great on my daughter. It keeps her warm and she loves the detachable fleece liner. Problem is the sleeves in the liner are very snug, which makes it hard to get hands through - and my daughter is tiny for her age. No way it would work with a heavy sweater or sweatshirt. The other thing that isn't a big deal, but I don't love, is the drawstring for the waist is inside the pockets (and I mean way inside). My 7 year old can't really cinch the waist by herself. I was expecting (and would prefer) the drawstring to be on the interior of the coat. Anyway, for the end of season price I got - I am overall very pleased!
This is a wonderful coat. Very well made and warm. Love the thickness and softness of the fleece layer. My daughter loves that she can unzip the layers when the day gets warmer. Would definitely recommend this!
