Very nice buy for my 2-yr little girl
PostedOctober 5, 2009
This is a very nice buy for her. She is just 2 and 3 months old, but she can wear 4t size everywhere. The color, the water resistant material, the size of the hood, everything is just so so nice! Perfect ! Other kids' parents keep asking me where I got this jacket. It's just so wonderful, especially in a rainy day. Highly recommend.

This coat does it all!!! My son has played outside, sledded, and has been really hard on this coat. You would never know it, it looks brand new. I do just love LLBean!! Thanks guys for making such an awsome coat/jacket!! I bought one for each of my boys and intend on buying one for my daughter next year!!

Great coat
PostedFebruary 25, 2009
My son outgrew his size 5-6 Wildcat. First I ordered him another coat that was on sale, but he complained that it wasn't warm enough. So we returned it and ordered him another Wildcat in the next size and he is happy and warm again. Bonus: it is a money saver for me since I don't need to buy him a spring/fall rain jacket-- I just zip out the lining.

tricky
PostedJanuary 28, 2009
These are nice jackets, I ordered two for my young daughters. Each of the jacket's seprate pieces are fine. When the two are together is when it gets tricky. Both of my girls are active and often find that the sleeves of the polar fleece lining get wound up in the shell even when they are snapped in. When they remove the coats, the polar fleece lining always comes out with it so it takes some shoving and tugging to get it back in place inside the shell. So the coats have become a bit of a maintenace issue. The coats are warm enough and have put up with all of our winter activities well. I would reccomend to L.L. Bean that they put a thin acetate or nylon type lining inside the polar fleace coat to make it easier to take off the coat.
