Very comfortable watch which keeps accurate time and date. Easily readable features on the dial. Beautiful stainless steel case and wristband. If ever I need another watch - I'll order this one!

Metal band has now perfectly finished this vintage inspired piece. Quality of a watch 10 times the price. Get both the gold and the silver toned ones. Sporty and dressy. I'd been searching for a big gold watch that was affordable and not the same one everyone seems to be sporting these days. I saw this one and looked for a couple of weeks before ordering it. I'm so happy I did. I love this watch, its great looking, the weight is fantastic, not flimsy or cheap, it was easy for me to get links removed, and it hasn't dulled or chipped with wear (and I wear this every day, all day). I was even stopped and asked last week if I was wearing an actual gold watch. I would highly highly reccommend.

How often do you shop at L.L.Bean Signature?Frequently
I have been looking for a great boyfriend watch for a while. This watch definitely fits the bill! Love the contrast of the black face and the gold band. The fact that this watch is made in Switzerland sealed the deal for me. Took it to L.L.Bean in Freeport to have the band sized - the folks in the watch department couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

I was so excited to see this piece because I've been looking for a decent gold-tone men's size watch and what better than this LL Bean Swiss made? However, there are not enough removable links in this watch to make it a viable option for women with smaller wrists. I own several mens watches that I have been able to size to my wrist and this was quite disappointing.
However, it's a beautiful piece and the goldtone is pleasing. The clasp is a bit fussy.
