I had been looking for a new wallet/clutch, and I happened to come across this when it was on sale. As a grad student, I couldn't help but snatch it up (although I likely would have bought it full price as well, just with much more guilt about spending student loan money). I loved the quirky design, and the colors. I never would have thought I would want a bag with deer on it, but it caught my eye and I had to have it. I loved the positive reviews and comments on the site, so I went for it.
The quality/material is fantastic - I have a tote bag from LL Bean (not signature) that I've used since my freshman year of college 6 or 7 years ago, and it's still hanging tough through grad school. This clutch will likely be as durable. The size and style of the product is great. I love that it unfolds so I can use it to keep my phone, wallet, planner etc. separate in my tote bag for work and class, but I can also use it as a clutch to go out to dinner or brunch.
My only complaint is the pattern inconsistency. I know it happens, but I would like to think that LL Bean Signature would be a bit more conscientious of that. I attached photos so you can see what I'm talking about. One of the things I loved about the bag was the quirky deer print, but when mine is held as a clutch, you can't tell that it's a deer because of the alignment of the fabric is much different than that in the product image. I was a bit disappointed by that. I still like the colors, and the style of the bag, so I've decided to keep it. Had I paid full price for it, given that the deer was what made me choose this one over the other (solid pink) saltwash canvas clutch, I would have returned it.
That said, I do love the colors and the print itself, so I hope that LL Bean gets other items with this print (I'd be all over a matching tote bag!). But if they do, making sure that the print lines up so everyone can see the funky deer clearly.

A versatile, perfectly-sized clutch to hold my phone, wallet, keys, and chapstick. I do wish there were some internal pockets for credit cards. I love the clutch in the pink almost salmon-color.

Bought this little Darling on sale after pining after it for a couple of months.(huzzah for awesome sales!) This clutch is absolutely the perfect size, I can fit my full size clutch wallet, iPhone, wad-o-keys and whichever lip gloss I need for the day in with out a huge clutch bulge. There are lots of happy pockets, the leather is wonderfully thick and supple, the canvas is heavy duty yet still soft to the touch and the gold hardware takes the style up a kick. I purchased the matching Picnic Tote as well and just toss the clutch in and go! I ADORE the funky Deer Print, LL Bean please keep up the unique patterns! :)

This is bigger than I expected. The leather is soft and beautiful. I wanted the all leather one but couldn't find it on the web site. I am able to fit my iphone (in otterbox) , wallet (a little bigger than iphone), keys and some other small "purse things". It has a main compartment then a small pocket outside the main one with a zippered pocket inside that. It's great for quick in and out shopping trips but it could not be my only purse. I like this a lot more than I thought I would !

I admired this on the website for a while before I got it as a birthday gift. I love the denim and tan leather, it looks great with my classic, nautical style. The size of the clutch is perfect for everything I carry around on a daily basis.

I saw this item online, and had the chance to see it in person and I absolutely fell in love with it, it's made well, solid and sturdy, nice pocket to fit my phone, chap stick, money etc... And the colors go great with almost everything!!!

My brother sent this to me for my birthday and I love it! The denim and luggage leather combination is one I'm happy to see around again and I know I'll be able to get a lot of use out of this classic piece. It's the perfect size to use as a wallet, but to also include my iphone, a small lipstick, and comb. When my hands are full, it gets slipped into a bigger tote bag.

I bought the saltwash canvas clutch to use as a make-up bag, or my urban female survival bag, as I like to refer to it. Originally I looked at the saltwash make-up bag, but really liked the leather on the clutch.
The clutch seems very durable, and can hold everything I need it to. It has the potential to get bulky, but I like the sleek design. I am able to keep daily essentials in this clutch and transfer the clutch to a larger purse, work bag, gym bag or bike bag as needed, in addition to use as a regular purse.
Good design and solid construction!

High-quality materials make this clutch durable and classic. The zippered pocket is very roomy - I can fit my keys, cell phone, and checkbook in there. The side pocket is well organized for cash, with a smaller zippered pouch for coins. The two magnetic closures are very strong. I love the look of the khaki canvas with black leather. It's summery and fashionable without being flashy.

The quality of this clutch is typical LL Bean, very well made and seems like it will last a long time. I ordered the black and khaki and it is classy looking. This clutch can easier dress up or down. I like the two main compartment areas and small zip pocket on the inside of the smaller compartment. It doesn't take very much to fill this up, however and it can get bulky fast. I knew when I bought it that it wouldn't hold very much, so it meets my expectations there. I little pricey for my taste, but I had a gift card and I'm always willing to spend a little more for LL Bean merch because I'm a Maine girl born and bred and the lifetime guarantee is worth the extra $$.
